I've seen Ruth for a session this week to work on an issue I have. It was interesting to see the different modalities Ruth offers. We dug into a few things consciously and she also used some visualisations to help me on the subconscious level. Thank you 😊

I went to Ruth's gorgeous studio & had a bioergonomy session with her. I had no idea what it was, & sitting down with Ruth, I was blown away by her knowledge, presence & the way she made me feel utterly calm & at peace. we did some great visualisation on breaking down limiting beliefs & I have found a marked improvement on the weeks after the treatment. Id highly recommend Ruth as a wellbeing practitioner.

Ruth is such a caring and spiritual person, and to spend time in her studio to sit and talk is amazing. The things that Ruth discussed have all made sense as the weeks progressed. I wasn't sure what to expect with a bioergonomy session, but it has left me feeling calm and supported. Would highly recommend.
