I had no idea what it was, & sitting down with Ruth, I was blown away by her knowledge, presence & the way she made me feel utterly calm & at peace. we did some great visualisation on breaking down limiting beliefs & I have found a marked improvement on the weeks after the treatment. Id highly recommend Ruth as a wellbeing practitioner.

I had the pleasure of receiving a Bioergonomi session with Ruthie. It was amazing. I could feel shifts happening during the sessions, and during the week. I could feel subtle shifts in my energy. After especially focusing on one specific area, I can tell that my mindset, as well as physically and energetically there has been a huge positive shift. You may not be able to put into words or cognitively work out the why you should book a session with Ruthie, but if your feeling drawn to her and her therpay than do it!
